We have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee policy, which means that if you are not getting results from our product after a minimum continuous use for 90 days, you may be eligible to to request a refund of your purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@powerseedacai.com informing us your contact information and order number. We cannot refund products not purchased on this store.
IMPORTANT: In order to be eligible to any refund, you MUST ship us back the original bottles (even if they are empty) and proof of purchase from this website only (print the receipt emailed to you when you ordered). Original shipping costs to ship products to you will not be refunded. All returns must have a tracking number and the shipping costs to send to us the itens back is at buyers's expenses.
Also in order to be eligible, you need to take the supplement on a daily basis for at least 3 full months (90 days), since all our studies have shown benefits ocurring within this timeframe.
This policy applies only to the FIRST order of a minimum of 3 bottles (90 days supply). We will not refund orders with purchases of less than 3 bottles (3 months supply). Everyone who qualifies for a refund, is not eligible for a second refund request.
Refund requests will be accepted only after 90 days of product continuous use and within 100 days of first order date. So, please get in touch with us immediately after your third product bottle is finished.
Orders lost or delivered to wrong shipping address, due to incorrect information provided by client, will not be refunded.
