US SHIPPING

We ship FREE standard mail though the following carriers: USPS, DHL, UPS. All shippings will have a tracking number so you can follow up on your order. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for all the US mainland. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take 3 additional business days.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only. As we use a third party fulfillment center to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays. Watch for an email from us with tracking information.

If you ordered multiple products it is possible that you receive partial shipments, since we have stock distributed in different locations in the US. In this case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTICE THAT WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION (SHIPPING ADDRESS, ETC.) OR CANCEL IT AFTER ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED.

Orders lost or delivered to wrong shipping address, due to incorrect information provided by client, will not be refunded. 

 If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, please send us an email to contact@powerseedacai.com and our support team will give you an update about your shipping.

We are not currently shipping our products outside USA.
